stayed at Swissotel and had a delightful experience. the room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable extra large bed and a cot that was suitable for our young child. the hotel's location is very convenient, just a short walk from Union Metro station and connected to Al Ghurair City Mall. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the staff were professional and accommodating. the hotel also provided free luggage storage, making it convenient for exploring the city.

Great location near Al Ghurair mall, excellent staff, spacious rooms with wonderful views, superb breakfast.
Felt snug, no complaints whatsoever.
